A seasoned investor will learn new techniques and systems to increase their profitability while decreasing the stress and wasted time of unfocused activities.
Robert takes you through the gambit from initial Goal setting to Locating Motivated Sellers and the Closing the Deal with Negotiations and Contracts, and how to Structure the Deal from Wholesaling, Rehabbing, Lease Options all the way to Rental Property Management in just 40 Days. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is serious about Real Estate Investing!

Another great read by Robert Shemin

I got this book on a flight out from Salt Lake and could not put it down. I have done some real estate transactions in the past but without a real direction just deals I fell across. This book helped me to create a plan by the step-by-step directions and got me motivated. I have already stated to implement the ideas in my own transactions. Already having Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Secrets of a Millionaire Landlord I knew this book would be extremely helpful. I can't wait to see the increase in profits from this next deal.
Anyone who is in real estate investing or looking to become a real estate investor should get this book.
