its ok

didn't use the book to much for the class. the condition was great i liked the book and wish it was used more. the contexts of the cases is helpful to know what to do for the hospitality industry situation, and they get you to really use your critical thanking skills. over all i liked the book, and i would ask your instructor if you really need it for the class, cause all the cases I did for my class 2 out of the book were posted up on my online class page.
